1. Please check that your e-mail address is accurate.

2. It may take up to 10 minutes for the confirmation e-mail to arrive. 
If 10 minutes have passed and the confirmation e-mail still hasn't arrived, your e-mail service might be filtering out GOPAX e-mails as spam.

3. Check your spam box, and if you see the confirmation e-mail there, mark it as 'not spam'.

4. Add GOPAX to your address list.
